Forgiveness is greater than vengeance, compassion more powerful than Anger… another lesson I have learned over the years.
Forgiveness is a valuable gift that is neither easily obtained, nor easily given. Forgiveness is essential for life, forgiving others offers the gift that frees us of our past wrongs and and enables us to love with a renewed strength for the one we once felt wronged us.
Genuine forgiveness heals any hurts or wrongs. It strengthens the disheartened soul which has lost its way. It refreshes and renews our hope. It is through forgiveness that we are “born again” and “become like a child.” In this way we regain the precious attitude of a willing mind which is ready to learn all over again.
The most intense conflicts, if overcome, leave behind a sense of security and calm that is not easily disturbed. It is just these intense conflicts and their conflagration which are needed to produce valuable and lasting results.
Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word happy would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness. It is far better to take things as they come along with patience and equanimity.
Thank you all for opening your hearts and sharing your triumphs, challenges and experiences with us. Let us all welcome each other and our new extended family here with blessing for the new year. Let us all take a moment today to pray in our own way for each others success in health, wealth and happiness keeping the needs of others above our own will bring forth paychecks of the heart money cannot replace. What will you share for us to pray for?
Dreams pass into the reality of action. From the actions stems the dream again; and this interdependence produces the highest form of living. Most people can look back over the years and identify a time and place at which their lives changed significantly. Whether by accident or design, these are the moments when, because of a readiness within us and a collaboration with events occurring around us, we are forced to seriously reappraise ourselves and the conditions under which we live and to make certain choices that will affect the rest of our lives. Gratitude is the key to success, forgiveness is the key to gratitude.
Pride of oneself and genuine love for others cannot coexist therefore one must give up what one cannot keep to get what one cannot lose… You have gifts that money cannot buy and treasures that can never be taken away, with that said forgiveness will set you free to live in fulfillment.
With Love And Gratitude,
